A B2B immersive technology studio was replacing its site, built in-house by its own design and development team. The brief was not growth. It was to make sure a well-designed site did not quietly lose three years of accumulated visibility on launch day — the failure mode nobody notices until the quarter ends.

Audit the staging build, not the live site
Full crawl of staging, rendering checks on JavaScript-dependent routes, and a redirect map covering every existing URL before anything shipped.

Structured data and metadata parity
Organisation, Service, Article and Breadcrumb markup implemented and validated. Titles and descriptions mapped one-to-one against the old site.

Launch-day monitoring
Search Console, index coverage and log files monitored daily for the first three weeks, with a rollback plan agreed in advance.

All 34 pages were indexed within eleven days of launch with zero crawl errors reported. There was no measurable dip in organic visibility across the transition — the outcome the engagement was scoped to protect. The redirect map and schema templates were handed to the in-house team with documentation.
