Playbook
The automation patterns
we actually run.
Six repeatable patterns we deploy across client work, published in enough detail to implement yourself. The pattern is free. Knowing which one applies is the expensive part.

Why we publish these
Because the pattern
is not the hard part.
Every automation we ship is a variation on a small number of patterns. We publish them because the pattern is not what you are paying for — the hard parts are knowing which one applies, where the exceptions live in your specific process, and building it so it survives contact with real users and real edge cases.
If you read one of these and build it yourself, genuinely good. That is a better outcome than paying us for something you did not need. If you read it and think “yes, but our version has four complications” — that is the conversation worth having.
FAQ
About the playbooks.
Yes, and several people have. The patterns are deliberately published in enough detail to implement. What you are buying if you hire us is the edge cases, the failure handling, the integration work and someone accountable when it breaks at 2am.
Between two and eight weeks depending on the pattern and how clean your existing systems are. Integration work and data quality usually take longer than the automation logic itself.
That is normal — the pattern is a starting shape, not a template. The first week of any build is mapping your actual process, including the exceptions people handle informally and nobody has written down.
Often simpler automation is enough, and we will say so. If a rules-based workflow costing £2,000 does the job, you should not pay for an agent build. AI earns its place where the input is unstructured or the judgement is genuinely fuzzy.
