Service

Interfaces designed from evidence, not opinion.

We test with real users before anything gets built, design to WCAG 2.2 AA as a baseline, and hand engineering a documented system rather than a folder of pretty pictures.

What it is

UX-UI design is the combined practice of structuring how a product works (user experience) and how it looks and responds (user interface) — grounded in research with real users, and delivered as a reusable system rather than one-off screens.

Research & discovery

User interviews, task analysis, analytics review and competitive teardowns. We find out where people actually struggle before proposing a single screen.

Prototype & test

Clickable prototypes tested with five to eight representative users. Cheap to change at this stage, expensive to change after engineering has built it.

Design systems

Tokens, components, states, usage rules and accessibility notes — documented in Figma and mirrored in code so design and engineering stop drifting apart.

Model-agnostic. Whichever platform fits the job.

  • Figma
  • Maze
  • Storybook
  • Hotjar
  • Axe
  • Framer

Six ways we ship it

The diagnostic is the paid gateway. We audit what you have, score the opportunities, and hand you a roadmap. From there, pick what to build — or have us build it.

★ Flagship / Sprint

UX Discovery Sprint

03 / Systems

Design System

Tokens, component library, documentation, contribution model and governance. Built to survive team turnover and multiple agencies.

04 / CRO

Conversion Design

Landing pages, checkout and signup flows redesigned around measured drop-off, then A/B tested rather than assumed.

£4K – £14K Explore

05 / Accessibility

Accessibility Audit

WCAG 2.2 AA audit with assistive-technology testing, severity-ranked findings, annotated fixes and a remediation roadmap your developers can ticket.

How it works

Three steps.
No theatre.

01

Diagnose

We start with a fixed-price diagnostic. Two weeks, a written findings document, a prioritised opportunity list scored by impact and effort, and a 90-day plan you could hand to another agency if you wanted to.

  • 1–2 weeks
  • Written findings
  • Scored backlog
  • 90-day plan

02

Build

We take the top priorities and ship them. You see progress in your own environment, with your own data, before sign-off — not a demo in a sandbox that behaves differently to production.

  • 4–8 weeks
  • Your stack
  • Your data
  • Weekly demos

03

Operate

Launch is not the end. Thirty days of post-launch support is included as standard. After that you take it in-house with full documentation, or keep us on a retainer for ongoing work. No pressure either way.

  • 30-day support
  • Optional retainer
  • You own the IP
  • No lock-in

What you get

The deliverables.
In writing.

No vague "transformations". No strategy decks that get filed and forgotten. Here is exactly what lands in your hands.

IP ownership, day one

Every prompt, workflow, design file and line of code we write is yours from the day we ship it. No black boxes, no proprietary platforms, no licensing fee to keep using what you paid for.

Fixed scope, phased plan

Every proposal starts with a 90-day plan: phases, milestones, deliverables and cost. If we cannot show you the path, we will not sell you the destination.

30 days post-launch support

Standard on every build. If it breaks because of us, we fix it free. No surprise invoices to repair what we shipped.

A senior, not a junior

The senior who scopes your work is the senior who does it. No bait-and-switch, no account managers reading scripts. You will know your team by name within a week.

Documentation and handover

Written documentation for every workflow, integration and component. If you bring it in-house or move to another partner, your next team can pick it up without us.

No lock-in, no exit fees

Retainers cancel with 30 days’ notice. No exit fees, no data held hostage. You keep everything, it keeps running, and we part on good terms.

Pricing

Published.
Not "call for quote".

Start with the diagnostic. From there you pick what to build — or have us build it. Retainers cancel with 30 days’ notice. No exit fees.

FAQ

Questions you’re
probably asking.

UX design decides what the product does and in what order — structure, flows, information hierarchy, error handling. UI design decides how that looks and responds — layout, type, colour, motion, states. A beautiful interface over a confused flow still fails, which is why we never sell them separately.

Five to eight per round for qualitative testing. Research consistently shows that finds roughly 80% of usability problems, and it is far more useful to run three small rounds across a project than one large round at the end.

Yes. You get full edit access to the file, the component library, the token set and the documentation. If you later move to another team or agency, everything is theirs to pick up.

Of course. Most engagements extend an existing identity into a working digital system — which usually means adding the states, tokens, accessibility rules and responsive behaviour a print-era brand guide never covered.

Included. Contrast, focus order, target sizing, keyboard paths and screen-reader labelling are designed in from the first wireframe. A dedicated audit is only needed when you are remediating something we did not design.

Annotated Figma files with states and breakpoints, a token export, a written component spec and a live walkthrough with the build team. We stay available through the build to answer questions rather than disappearing at handover.
