We are model-agnostic and use OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or open-source local models depending on the job. We never use your data to train shared models. For regulated sectors we deploy on private infrastructure with UK data residency, sign your NDA and DPA, and complete your security questionnaire.
The AI Opportunity Sprint takes two weeks and produces a scored roadmap. A first working pilot goes live in your production stack within 4–8 weeks of sign-off. Larger multi-workflow programmes run in 90-day phases.
